At Oak - Our Parade Marshall this year is the notorious One Armed Bandit, John Payne riding atop his custom rig on Moe the Mule. John, a 15x PRCA Dress Act of the Year resides in Shidler, OK.  Since 1987 he has thrilled rodeo fans around the world.  He rides a variety of horses and mules with a full throttle genuine cowboy skills act with longhorn steers, buffalo, zebras and wild horses.

Ft Riley Color Guard – posting the colors for this year’s 65th annual 101 Rodeo Parade.  The Commanding General's Mounted Color Guard represents Fort Riley and the U.S. Army in a highly professional and polished display of cavalry horsemanship and military tradition. These are active military riders.  They portray the U.S. Cavalry as they appeared in the mid to late 19th century.
